Interesting web site. Does Mark Lynch of Bradenton Florida still remember winning every single race he ever ran in during sports days at St. Francis?

I loved your web site about Logy Bay! I visited Nfld. 6 years ago but never did get to your town. I absolutely fell in love with Nfld. and hope to return someday soon and would love to come to Logy Bay. It's such a nice name for a place - I assume this is the same place referred to in the song "The Star of Logy Bay." You have a lovely community and it seems like a wonderful place to live. Best wishes for the Christmas season!

I've been to red cliff and love the views of the cliffs and all of the ruined buildings.Originally from St.Phillips,nfld.,I used to go up there all the time. It's kind of spooky at times,i wonder if there are any ghost stories. This is the first time looking up info on red cliff. If anyone knows of more sites with great pictures such as this one, please e-mail me.

I took my quad to the Red cliff site this morning, Nov. 19, 2005. It was a great morning and I had a lot of time to look around.
This must have been an interesting site in its day.

My father was deployed with the 108th AC&W to Pepperell as a supply officer, and to Red Cliff, in 1952 and I attended first grade on the base. Ironically, I now am assigned to a NORAD Sector, which grew out of those early Units. I recognize the locales from slides we brought back from Newfoundland. Very nice web site!
