I grew up in Middle Cove and went to St.Francsis. I left 13 years ago to move to Nova Scotia. I am currently working towards getting a certificate in Newfoundland studies. I love LB MC OC and know I will be back there someday. I think Middle Cove is the most beautiful place in the world. Thanks for putting up such a great web site. -A proud Newfoundlander

Kevin and Jane, This is a wonderful site! The pictures of our community are beautiful. It is so interesting to look at the old pictures as well. I really enjoyed reading the comments in your guest book, especially because it keeps me in touch with students whom I've taught. Keep up the great work and I'll keep visiting. Donna Marie Kelly

Hello, Outer Cove ! We read the book Sailor by Joanne Snook - Hann in our grade one class. Now for next year we will be reading our way across Canada to Outer Cove ! All the children in the school will get miles for each minute they read. Our goal it to reach you by June 2007 ! Please reply to this e mail if you can. We would like to know more about you ! Make a poster up about you and get the kids interested in where they are reading to ! Sure looks nice on your web page. Thank you Moira Kaulback , grade One teacher North Poplar Fine Arts School Abbotsford, B.C just outside Vancouver. in the valley.

This is a great web site, especially for people who are living away; it brings brings "home" to you wherever you are in the world. There is no place like it (Outer Cove, I mean). After living away for almost 28 years,I can honestly say that with my hand on my heart. I am quite lucky that I am able to get back there once or twice a year.

What a wonderful site! I taught in the Little Red Schoolhouse from Sept./64-Jun/66 and I lived in Outer Cove from 1974-1987. It brings back many fond memories of students I taught and people I know from all those years. Outer Cove-Logy Bay-Middle Cove has to be the best place on earth with its beautiful scenery, hospitable people, talented artists and musicians, and unforgetable records in the Regatta. Hope to see more new photos in the future. You get an "A" for your website.
