Throughout that period the crew participated and won the Fisherman's Race each and every year at our Annual Regatta. In addition they captured the Championship or All-Comers race in 1923 and 1926. They qualified for, but did not row in the Championship race of 1925, when their coxwain Phil Brown elected to steer another qualifying crew-the Truckman- stroked by Tom Breen.
Five of the oarsman pictured rowed in the controversial Fisherman's race of 1926.
